Hello & Welcome to Fitkick Athlete Development, a Strength & Conditioning Program for Women’s Football in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.
My name is Ben, Founder of Fitkick Athlete Development. My passion has always been AFL Football and has been ever since I can remember. I started playing football from a very young age and have played for the Croydon Football Club for 10 years.

I’ve been woking as a PT/Coach for over 10 years in gyms in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. My sessions include 1:1, small groups and gym classes including HIIT, boxing, bootcamps and spin classes.

More recently, my passion for AFL has led me down the path of female football where I coach girls in sports specific training, such as Injury Prevention, Strength, Power and Speed.
